Surface cleaning method of silica sol precision casting
The wet cleaning method is mainly based on the principle of the electro-hydraulic hammer effect. The high-voltage pulse generator is discharged step by step through a special electrode placed in the water, resulting in a larger hydraulic impact. Due to the difference in elastic modulus and vibration frequency between the surface adhesive of stainless steel castings and the casting itself, the purpose of sand removal can be achieved. For silica sol precision castings with complex shapes, such as deep holes, blind holes, inner cavities, etc., it has a more effective cleaning effect.
