Our advanced stainless steel O2 Oxygen Sensor weld investment casting process, combined with machining are highly suited to manufacture complex automotive components at high volumes.Our precision stainless steel series parts which have the advantages of close to net shape, high dimensional accuracy, and high material utilization rate to be widely used. They are very easy to install by unscrewing your O2 sensor from your exhaust then screw your sensor into the extender.
The Stainless Steel O2 Oxygen Sensor weld bung is made of 304 stainless steel, which is easy to weld, has high rust resistance in extreme environments, and capability not to deform with time.
Standard Size: The size of our oxygen sensor plugs is M18 x 1.5 thread and fit most of standard O2 sensors. The bungs are machined with M18-1.5 threads and have a recessed step for easier welding flush with a surface.
Wide Application: Designed to adding a O2 sensor in any place you need one . Great for custom exhaust installation,headers,down pipes etc.
